Perfectly designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, this cosy apartment is situated next to the magnificent Schoenbrunn Palace in the 12^th district Meidling.

The spacious and sunny living room successfully combines the beauty of the past with the comfort of the present. It features an extendable double couch and a comfortable double bed where you can unwind as you watch the flat-screen TV with cable channels or check your emails using the Wi-Fi Internet connection.  In the same room you will find a stylish table, which is a great spot to get together with friends or family, enjoy your morning coffee or plan your journey.

The guests can prepare their favourite home-cooked meals in the separate fully-equipped kitchen that includes an oven, a spacious fridge and a toaster. In the same room you will find a single extendable sofa and a dining table – the perfect place to enjoy your creative meals.

The bathroom has a bathtub that will give you moments of relaxation after a long day of exploring the enchanting city. There is a separate toilet for greater comfort.

Alongside the apartment there are various supermarkets and shops to satisfy all guests’ needs during their stay. In only a few minutes’ walk you will reach the breathtaking Schoenbrunn palace – Vienna’s most popular tourist destination. In the area you will find also the Schönbrunn metro station. The subway line U4 will take you to the famous Karlsplatz  – the right starting point to visit the majestic Opera House, the awesome shops on the main shopping street inVienna – Kärtnerstrasse, and the impressive Saint Charles’s Church.

Attractions like: Ringstraße, Kunst- and Naturhistorischen Museum, Museumsquartier, Burgtor (Heldenplatz), Albertina, Secession and Staatsoper, as well as many other points of view are quickly accessible by public transportation (U4) just in a few minutes. The nearest bus station Tivoligasse/Schwenkgasse‎ is just 100 m away from the apartment.  The bus line 9 A offers a comfortable connection to the subway.  The nearest underground station is within walking distance – with the line U4 you can reach the city center only in about 8 minutes.

Parking

The district 12 (Meidling),where is situated the apartment Park Schönbrunn, is a short-stay parking zone from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m, except public holidays.In all short-term parking zones, you must have a parking ticket from the first minute of parking onward, even for short stops to unload luggage. 10-minute free parking ticketsare available and can be obtained from our colleague. The 10-minute parking tickets may not be combined with other parking tickets.
