It has an area of 60 m² and is perfectly designed to accommodate up to 6 people.

The stylishly decorated living room features a comfortable double sofa bed and an additional single couch bed. A big flat-screen TV with cable channels, unlimited Wi-Fi Internet connection and selected books will keep you entertained. Feel at home around the large dining table – the perfect place to share a glass of wine and your favourite meals. The fully-equipped separate kitchen has everything to whip up an appetizing dish, including an oven and a ceramic hob. Plan your day ahead having a cup of aromatic coffee while the dishwasher takes care of the plates.

After hours crossing Vienna’s streets you deserve to wrap yourself in the soft blankets and enjoy the comfort of the spacious double bed in the bedroom. Storing your belongings in the walk-in wardrobe, connected to the bedroom, is easy and practical. The bathroom’s bathtub is a place to enjoy a moment of real pleasure and relaxation. For extra comfort the toilet is located separately. In case you need it, you will have access to a washer and dryer in the building’s communal area. If you prefer to find privacy in fresh air, enjoy the bright and sunny courtyard which belongs to the building.

Various supermarkets and shops, as well as a good selection of restaurants and bars, are alongside. Almost directly in front of the apartment you will find the Canisiusgasse stop, where tram lines 37 and 38 will take you to the city center in just 4 minutes. The apartment is the ideal starting point for your unforgettable journey through glamorous Vienna.

The surroundings

The modern apartment is located in the prestigious district Altersgrund, one of the most beautiful and elegant old areas of Vienna. The absolute top location offers tourists and business travelers the best transport links to all the sights of the city. The famous Vienna Volksoper is within a few minutes walk. Ringstrasse, City Hall, Art and Natural History Museum, Heldenplatz, Albertina, Secession, Staatsoper and St. Stephen’s Cathedral, as well as many other attractions can be reached by public transport in a few minutes. In immediate vicinity there is a multitude of shops, banks, restaurants and cafes.The nearest underground station is within walking distance (Nussdorferstrasse) – the underground lines U4 and U6 get you in about 5-6 minutes to the city center. The nearest tram station is just around the corner (80 meters) – with the line 37 or 38 you can reach the downtown only in 7 min.

Parking

The district 9 (Alsergrund), where is situated the apartment Vienna De Luxe, is a central district and it is a short-stay parking zone from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m, except public holidays. In all short-term parking zones, you must have a parking ticket from the first minute of parking onward, even for short stops to unload luggage. 10-minute free parking tickets are available and can be obtained from our colleague. The 10-minute parking tickets may not be combined with other parking tickets.

You can park your car very inexpensively at Vienna’s Park & Ride Garages for about 3 euros per day. The nearest garage is Spittelau, 1090 Wien, Spittelauer Lände. All Park & Ride facilities are directly connected to a subway line, making it easy and convenient to reach the city center.
