The residential complex Anna Marina is located on the border of the two most popular resorts in Bulgaria – Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas. The building was constructed in a very communicative place: only 2 km from the center of Sunny Beach, the beach can be reached on foot in 2-3 minutes and to the beach in Sunny Beach you can go for 5-7 minutes. The proximity of the complex to the village of St. Vlas provides the benefits associated with the ability to use medical and dental services, post office, go to grocery stores, hair studios, etc. The building consists of 95 studios and apartments that are located in two buildings of the complex, “Anna-Marina”.
