Construction and materials. 

Bearing structure is of reinforced concrete, walls between rooms will be of brick with a thickness of 10 cm, outer walls of the building will be 30 cm for better sound and heat insulation. For the same reason, the walls between the apartments will be of a thickness of 30 cm

The facade of the building: 

Will be used mainly expensive decorative stone and wood, which will give the resort a luxurious look and feel, while ensuring the sustainability of the facade.
