Description: RICH DADDY BEACH RESORT & SPA is situated on 9 300 sq.m. of beachfront plot and consists of 180 luxury studios, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, all with lovely sea views. All properties have terraces facing south, southeast or southwest to the beach and sea. All the apartments are fully central air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter with individual metering and controls.

Mud Treatment Center
Situated on over 800 sq.m. in section 5, the Mud Treatment centre is an unique feature of this luxury development. The treatments also remove excessive fluids and toxins from the body. In addition, a mud treatment session will give you a pleasant feeling of relaxation.

RICH DADDY Beach Resort & SPA will offer both free and paid services.
The free services are provided within the yearly maintenance fee and include:
– security
– use of the swimming pools, sun-beds and shades
– use of the fitness equipment, sauna, Russian bath and jaccuzzis
– gardening and green areas upkeep
– cleaning of common areas and maintenance of the facilities
– reception desk, reservations for events and tickets bookings
– property management, metering and billings of utilities and accounts management
– use of open parking spaces

Maintenance: 12 EUR/m2 per year

Payment plan:

Reservation fee –  5 000 EUR

30 % – till 10 days after signign the preliminary contract

40 % – Act 14
