Apartment Types

The two buildings in Sana Park Resort house 296 studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, on an area of 2.6 hectares. While the smaller building (Sana 2) is exclusively residential, the larger one (Sana 1) combines a residential section, a 3,400 sq. m. spa & wellness center with curative thermal water, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, as well as a gourmet restaurant, conference hall, convenience store, kids’ corner, boutiques, and a 5-star apart-hotel section.

The apartments come complete with finished flooring, wall covering, fully equipped bathrooms, and wherever possible, with the technical option for additional installation of bath tubs. All-round furnishing packages can be provided upon buyers’ request. Owners interested in renting out their apartments through the property management company running Sana Park Resort will be required to use the resort’s furnishing service.
