STANNY COURT is a private complex with magnificent views, crystal clear sea, and wonderful air. The building is in 2 sections and is situated 200m from the beach next to the new Aqua Park in Nessebar.

The apartments are built of steel-concrete construction and the outer walls of the buildings are insulated with 5cm thermo-isolation-luxury fulfilment, coated framing PVC. Stylish floor coatings can be seen in the rooms as well as in the common area, and staircases in granite-ware. The bathroom has full sanitary equipment.
There are 44 apartments / studio and 1 bedroom/ from 35 sq.m to 67.40 sq.m. The apartments have either a sea view or communal pool view.
Maintenance Charges
- The fee amounts to 7 Euros per square meter per year
Those having bought apartments pay a one-year fee, which is spent to cover:
- Use of the swimming pool
- Maintenance of the territory of the complex
- Maintenance of the common parts of the buildings €
- Maintenance of the green area of the complex
- Year round security
- Electric lighting of the common territories
- Electric lighting of the common parts of the building
The owners have the option, for an additional payment the following services can be provided:
- Cleaning and ventilation of the apartments all year round
- Repairs of the apartments
- Payment of the overhead expenses for the apartments, such as taxes, electricity, water etc.
- Rent-a-car
- Other services, needed by the owners for their comfortable stay in
