House in Avren village, Bulgaria

The house is located to the main road to Varna in the village center of Avren. Land area of ??870 square meters, The house is made of bricks and roof tiles, stone base. It has to be repaired.

Avren is located on 25 km. southwest of Varna and 30 km. from the beach of Kamchiya. The beautiful scenery, fresh air and tranquility, proximity to Varna, make the village a desirable place for vacation or year-round living. Population is 1,200 people. Here there are more than 100 foreigners, mostly from Britain and Ireland, but there are from France and other  European countries.

The climate is temperate continental, under the influence of the sea, with warm summers and mild winters. Clean air is one of cause for an observatory, which makes observations of various space objects. It is built educational trail “Path to the Stars” with a place to rest.

There is an old church, “Holy Martyr Paraskeva” built in 1868, a kindergarten, primary school, a cultural center with a library, grocery and industrial goods, coffees hotel, a center for emergency medical care, dentist, pensions club, football stadium. The streets are in good condition, perfect transport links with Varna. There is internet and telephone.
