Shkorpilovtsi – the resort is located 39 km south from Varna. Ideal for relaxing with a wide beach, spas , fir and oak forest. Complex area of 2,382 square meters. Building height – 7 floors. Total area – 5,700 m2 The height of the central foyer with reception area – 6.5 m .

The complex has a cafe, gym, sauna , jacuzzi , swimming pool, barbecue, gazebo, playground.

Support for complex: 8 euros / sq. m per year , this amount includes security guard , CCTV , WiFi internet access , cable TV, gym, sauna, total current ( street lighting , elevators , hallways, stairways, parking ) the total amount of water ( watering the green part of the complex , swimming pool), a gardener , from 15 May to 15 September every hour from 9.00 to 16.00 bus to the beach , bicycles.

From the complex to the beach there is a paved road . The distance to the sea is 1500 m. The beach has a length of 13 km and a width of 100 meters – the longest on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. Magnificent beach connects the river to the north and Resort Kamchiya and Byala, to the south. Around Chernomorets is a nature reserve Longosa .

Prices and payment method.
Prices of apartments with sea view and pool are higher , and overlooking the park and the village of lower prices. Construction started in May 2013 – the end of construction in April 2016.

• First option : upon signing the preliminary contract 30 %, at AKT14 ( within the complex ) 30% , 30% completed the construction of 80% ( frames, electricity , water supply and drainage, plaster walls, plaster , insulation ) and 10% after completion of the Act 16 .
• 2nd option: upon signing the preliminary contract – 10 %, and the remaining amount – equal monthly installments until the end of the construction period .
